Wire Leader That's Easy To Use

There are times when a wire leader is the only option.

I've always hated the stuff, myself. Single strand wire is hard to handle and requires special knots that I find maddening. Perhaps I wouldn't be so cranky if I used wire more often, because I presumably would become more adept at handling it. But that's the nasty circle in which I'm caught: I'm never going to get comfortable with wire if I don't use it more, but I'm never going to use it more if I'm not already comfortable with it.

With Knot 2 Kinky leader wire, I don't have that problem anymore.

The first thing you notice about Knot 2 Kinky is that the wire uncoils straight when you take it out of the package. And not only does Knot 2 Kinky start out straight, it stays straight, resisting kinks and curves that might throw off the action of your baits.

The superelastic alloy of nickel and titanium also stretches ... yes, it actually stretches. The company says Knot 2 Kinky can be stretched and bent without permanent deformation at least 10 times more than ordinary steel leaders. That means Knot 2 Kinky is going to hold up in situations that will cause ordinary wire to snap.

Now, tie a clinch knot or perfection loop in your Knot 2 Kinky. Amazing! It works! Try doing that with standard wire.

Knot 2 Kinky is available in 15-foot lengths from any Temple Fork Outfitters fly rod dealer or TFO spinning rod/casting rod dealer in
25-, 45-, 75- and 100-pound test. MSRP is $8.99-$17.99.
